From Book to Screen: The Greatest Film Adaptations of All Time—Tuesday, May 12, 6:00-7:00pm

From Wizard of Oz to Wicked and everything in-between, welcome to The Greatest Film Adaptations of All Time. 

Author and pop culture historian Marty Gitlin will show snippets of such classics as Wizard of Oz, Gone With the Wind, To Kill a Mockingbird, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Graduate, The Godfather, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Jaws, The Color Purple, Shawshank Redemption. Jurassic Park, Forrest Gump, and Wicked. Marty will play film adaptation trivia with the patrons along the way. 

Marty will have autographed and personalized copies of his books available after the program. This presentation is both enlightening and entertaining so please join us.
